The consolidated text of Organic Law No. 27.11 consulted on the Ministry of Justice legal portal maintains 10 seats for the regional electoral constituency of Rabat-Salé-Kénitra. For local constituencies, this text refers to Decree No. 2.11.603; the official division used here totals 39 local seats in the region. Together, these two components represent 49 seats territorially attached to Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, out of 395 seats nationwide.
