Editorial methodology — 2026 legislative elections
Objective: provide information without imitating, cluttering or competing with the official Moroccan elections portal.
1. Authorized sources for this section
Factual information is verified first in the Official Bulletin / SGG, Ministry of the Interior communications relayed on Maroc.ma, the elections.ma portal, the electoral-list website, HACA within its own remit and CNDP for personal data. Media, social networks, parties and candidates are not used as final validation sources.
2. Clearly non-official positioning
Each page states that e-services.ma is a private, independent website. The site uses no wording suggesting that it represents the Ministry of the Interior, an electoral commission, HACA or another institution. Official online services open on their original domains.
3. Results: priority to the official portal
On election day, the link to the official portal remains the main element. Any summary on e-services.ma must be short, factual, dated, sourced and already published by the competent authority. No aggressive scraping, no full copy of the portal and no mechanism presented as “official real time” without a documented official feed.
4. Polls and predictions
e-services.ma does not conduct, commission, publish or comment on any electoral poll during the prohibition period provided for by Article 115 of Law No. 57.11, as amended by Law No. 55.25. This 2026 amendment notably covers online platforms, social networks, artificial-intelligence tools and other Internet-based services. No “AI prediction”, participatory estimate or exit poll will be offered as a substitute for an institutional result.
5. Neutrality regarding parties and candidates
A list of political formations or candidacies is published only if it can be presented completely from an institutional source. Same order, same prominence, same type of information and no voting recommendation. Sponsored content must not be included in these electoral profiles.
6. Personal data
This section collects no CNIE number, voting intention or political preference. CNDP notably classifies political opinions as sensitive data. Any procedure requiring personal data must be carried out directly on the corresponding official online service.
7. HACA: scope correctly indicated
Decision No. 50-26 concerns audiovisual communication services. It is cited here only as an institutional source on the calendar and as a reference point for good practices in pluralism, information integrity and deceptive uses of AI; it is not presented as the text legally governing this website.
8. Corrections
Any substantive correction must change the page’s verification date. If official information changes, the previous version is removed or explicitly marked obsolete; no uncertain data is kept for SEO reasons.
The 2026 electoral framework notably takes account of Organic Law No. 53.25, promulgated in January 2026, which amends and supplements Organic Law No. 27.11 relating to the House of Representatives.
