Who can use this platform?

The Ministry of the Interior statement concerns Moroccan women and men residing abroad who are registered on the general electoral rolls and entitled to vote by proxy in the election of the House of Representatives.

Until when can the proxy be established?

The platform is announced as open from Monday, August 24, 2026 at Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at noon (12:00). It is preferable not to wait until the last hour, particularly because the generated proxy must then be sent to the person designated in Morocco.

How does proxy voting work?

The voter residing abroad chooses a voter registered on the general electoral roll of a municipality or district of the Kingdom to vote on their behalf on polling day. The platform asks users to enter and verify information concerning the principal and the person chosen.

After the proxy has been established

Once the proxy has been established, it must be downloaded then sent to the designated female or male voter, by electronic correspondence or by by mail, according to the official communication.

Where can the official service be accessed?

The Ministry of the Interior indicates two access points: elections.ma and listeselectorales.ma. e-services.ma does not provide an intermediary form.

Good to know about the polling station

For voters casting their ballot in Morocco, local administrative authorities issue notices from 24 August to 22 September 2026 at 6:00 p.m. indicating the location of the polling station. This notice is not required in order to vote; the CNIE remains the official document required to prove identity.
